Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn shoes in their original Osiris box and pack them into a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
